Hi, I'm Anne Wilson. As a real estate professional, I know how critical it is to have an experienced consultant on your team when making such an important investment and life decision. I'd like to tell you a bit about me so that you can begin to understand my approach to the real estate market and to you, my client.

First, there are no secrets and no stupid questions. It's important that everyone have a trusted real estate advisor. I agree to be honest and forthright in my answers. Buying and selling a home does not have to be confusing. I do consider myself an expert as I have devoted 12 full time years to the real estate industry and to people just like you. I make it a priority to study the economic conditions and the latest real estate trends to ensure that I am equipped to represent buyers and sellers in any market condition.

Second, I am a native of the Oklahoma City area, a graduate of Edmond Memorial High School, and I have a BA from The University of Oklahoma. I have worked in the professional world since I was 16 years old (my first job outside of my family's business was at 16 years old at KLTE Radio in Oklahoma City). I am no stranger to hard work and maintaining the adage the customer is always right.

Third, forgive me while I toot my own horn. I don't prefer it but these are things you need to know. My first year in business (1990) I broke a record and sold over $3.3 million in sales volume. I have, I'm proud to report, steadily increased my sales and recorded over the past 2 years sales in excess of $12 million per year.

Fourth, My approach to representing buyers and seller is this. I see myself as a consultant hired to navigate each client through the process. You make the decisions, I give you the choices along with plenty of information. I will make recommendations, however, you are the decision maker.

Fifth, I deal directly with each of my clients. While I have support, that is exactly the role they play...support.
